My name is Madeleine. I’m a bit distracted.
I majored in Psychology in College then I tried getting another degree (post-grad.) in Guidance and Counseling but then I realized later that although some people think I make sense, I really don’t think I would like to spend most of my days telling people to do stuffs I don’t even do!– So now, I’m in Human Resources.
I’m also a freelance writer & researcher, an ex-wife, a passionate lover and friend, a nocturnal creature, a drama queen, a trying hard techie (hopeless is more appropriate I reckon!), a dreamer, a fighter, a survivor and a very confused yet amused MOM!
About 99% of the articles posted in this blog is a duplicate of those I have earlier published in blogger. Now you might ask why on earth do I complicate things?!? Or why be redundant? — Let me assure you that yes, I am indeed a bit (?) obssessive-compulsive with a very slight inclination towards paranoia! 
What can I say??? I need back up!

Stuck in the same ol’ boring work for years? Wanna shift career? Pursue your dreams, your heart’s desires or passions in life? — Well, good luck!!! LOL
Meantime, have a bit of fun. Work doesn’t always have to be so dragging. Look around you. Smile a bit. Laugh out loud (when the boss is not around of course!), read some funny forwarded emails (er, discreetly!), make some lame excuse about you not feeling so well so you can have a bit of snooze in the clinic, spend a few more minutes at the pantry or comfort rooms so you can “bond” with your colleagues, make some personal calls but try to sound like you’re talking to a client then pile up your table with loads of documents and other paraphernalia so your boss would think they are so right in choosing you, while you list down the companies you can send applications next week, the DVDs you absolutely need to watch or while you plan an elaborate meal later!
So you see, work can be fun!
